Mike McElroy has coached more than a dozen professional cyclists, and he knows the importance of good technique and discipline when it comes to riding.
He’s also a bike trainer and former cyclist himself.
“I’ve coached people in a variety of sports, including golf, tennis, basketball, and the occasional rodeo, and that’s the way I see it,” Mr McElry said.
“If you train hard, you’ll be able to do anything.”
If you practice right, and you stick to the same principles, you can go to any level of performance.
“I think what makes cycling so great is that it’s a combination of the skill level of the riders, the intensity of the training, and all the things that help them to perform at their best.”
