The days of a full workout are over.
My life has become too busy.
But what I miss most is a good workout.
When I want to feel great and strong, I’m just going to do a few rounds of pushups, push-ups, pull-ups.
I don’t need to do that cardio or strength training because that’s what I do when I’m bored and need something fun to do.
My goal is to build muscle while eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly.
My biggest fear in lifting weights is the lack of flexibility.
But I love the flexibility of my core.
My only issue with this body type is my inability to squat deep enough to get a good core lift.
If I could lift up to 130 pounds with a single hand, I’d be able to bench press about 70 pounds.
If my bodyweight could be lifted to about 100 pounds, I would have a good bench press.
And I know I’d have a decent squat, too.
But to get there, I need to focus on strength training and get my abs, core, and quads worked into shape.
That’s what makes lifting weights fun.
And while I do it on a daily basis, I want a regular routine.
I can’t get enough of it.
